Stella & Dot Trunk Show

Tonight was wonderful! I had some of my favorite ladies over tonight for yummy treats and to spend time with each other. We all got to try on beautiful jewelry, eat delicious food, laugh and laugh some more. Such a wonderful evening!! Thank you Lee for a fun girls night!! I really appreciate it! :)

Little Blessings

There's nothing better than to see the indescribable love of a family when they are together and to be able to work with them. God gives us blessings when he gives us a family and it will always leave us with memories to treasure and keep that last a life time. To know this love is to see God's love in a pure and simple form. I hope you enjoy looking at these pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them.

So I'm blessed. Sometimes I just don't even understand the amount that the Lord decides to bless me. This week me and my sister are being blessed with the opportunity to stay in this lovely condo right on the beach!!

Graduate Gift

This weekend my baby sister graduates high school!! I know the entire day will be filled with smiles, tears, laughter and joy.... and I simply can not wait!
I decided to start a little project that I know she will need as she starts "college studying".
I'm always up for a creative project and this one was all the more special because it was for my sister! :) I found this awful looking desk at a consignment store and decided to repurpose it to match more her "style".

So the gold was just awful and so were the leaf knobs... but with a quick trip to lowes and a day and a half of painting the desk is finished and looks perfect in her room!

I think it turned out well... and was very simple and easy as well! She hasnt seen it yet so shhh!! Dont say anything! She'll see it friday morning when she gets home! Can not wait!!!

Great Things

They say that “Good things come to those who wait”. In the case of this couple I believe the saying should say “GREAT things come to those who are patient.” These two couldn’t have been any more perfect for each other. I had the privilege to photograph this amazing couple as their dreams of a life together began as they said “I DO.”  This husband and wife were so much fun to photograph as David and Barbara were enjoying their first few hours as Mr. & Mrs. David Leverett.

These photographs turned out wonderful! The happiness shown through both husband and wife so much that it was not hard to capture their happiest moments. From the happiness Barbara exuded as she walked down the aisle, to the enthralled countenance David had as he saw his love for the first time on their wedding day. A picture says a thousand words, but for David and Barbara, their photographs tell an entire story. See for yourself.
